Panthera Palm Beach was founded by Meghan Ross, BSN, RN, Licensed Esthetician, an aesthetic provider with a passion for helping women feel empowered and confident in their own skin. With a background in emergency room nursing and advanced training in aesthetic skincare, Meghan brings a unique perspective to medical aesthetics, combining clinical knowledge with an artist’s eye for natural beauty. Her journey into aesthetics began with a deep appreciation for the connection between skin health and self-confidence. After becoming both a registered nurse and licensed esthetician, Meghan created Panthera Palm Beach to offer something she felt was missing in the industry: a space where science-backed skincare, personalized treatments, and honest guidance come together to produce meaningful, lasting results. Some services, such as customized facials and hydrodermabrasion, require little to no downtime, while treatments like microneedling or chemical peels may involve a few days of redness or mild peeling.
