    do you offer consultations?

    Yes! Call or text us to book a complimentary consultation or choose in person or virtual consultation as your appointment type when booking online. Consultations require a small deposit that will be applied to your treatment and/or product purchase. 

    All in person consultations will include a skin analysis on our Emage Image Pro and a complete one year treatment plan to guide you in reaching your aesthetic goals in North Palm Beach.

    I have sensitive skin, can i still get skincare treatments?

    Absolutely! We specialize in customized treatments and will tailor everything to your skin’s unique needs. 

     Do you offer payment plans?

    We offer several different options to break up the cost of many select treatments. We also offer packages and memberships to help save you money!

    OUR POLICIES

    At Panthera Palm Beach, we are dedicated to providing exceptional results-driven, science-backed treatments in a luxurious, professional, and relaxing environment. To ensure the best aesthetic experience in North Palm Beach for all clients, please review our policies before your appointment.


     

    Booking & Cancellation Policy

    • A credit card is required to secure all appointments.
    • Cancellations & reschedules require 48 hours notice to avoid fees.
    • Late Cancellations (within 48 hours) and no shows result in 50% of service fee charged if service requires a credit card on file OR result in loss of deposit if service requires a deposit for booking. 
    • Late arrivals (15+ minutes): May result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment, with a possible fee that matches the no show fee. 

     Tip: Life happens! If you have an emergency, reach out ASAP to discuss rescheduling.


     

    Membership & Package Policy

    • Memberships require a 3 month commitment.
    • Membership dollars do roll over 
    • Packages are non-refundable but may be transferred or exchanged for another service.
    • Memberships are auto-billed monthly; cancellations require 30 days’ notice.

     

    Refund Policy

    • We do not offer refunds on services. If you have concerns, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
    • Retail products may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days, if unopened and unused.
    • Opened skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

     

    Medical & Contraindications Policy

    Your safety is our priority! Please inform us if you:
    ✔ Are pregnant or breastfeeding (some treatments are contraindicated)
    ✔ Have medical conditions or allergies that could affect your treatment
    ✔ Are using Retin-A, Accutane, or other prescription skincare

    💡 Some treatments may require a medical clearance or consent form before your appointment.


     

    Late Arrival Policy

    To ensure the best experience for all clients:

    • 15+ minutes late? Your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
    • 30+ minutes late? The appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the service fee.

     

    Lash Policies

    • Lash fills require at least 40% of extensions remaining; otherwise, a full set will be required.
    • Foreign fills (work from another artist) may need a consultation before booking.
    • Patch tests are available for treatments 

     

    Gift Card & Promotional Policy

    • Gift cards do not expire but are non-refundable & non-transferable.
    • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
    • Referral rewards apply only to future services or retail.

     

    Photography & Social Media Consent

    We love showcasing our work but we also respect your privacy.  before & after photos will be taken for record keeping purposes. We will have you fill out a photo and social media consent for your file, where you can choose to allow us or not allow us to share. If you do not want us to share your photos for marketing and educational purposes, just let us know! 


     

    Sanitation & Hygiene Policy

    We follow medical-grade sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.


     

    Respect & Conduct Policy

    Panthera Palm Beach is a professional, safe, and inclusive space for all. Any form of rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without a refund. Please no children or pets at your appointment.
